In this 4 month course, you will learn how to unite and synchronize the mind and body, also how to strengthen the tendons and tone the muscles. This course consists of 5 lessons. Practice each lesson a minimum of 5 times within the week for optimal results. Practice the 5 Qigong (Chi Gung) movements for 120 days to implement into your muscle and cellular memory.
